Job Description – Finance Career Foundation Program The Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP) is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate early career finance professionals. The program is intended for individuals passionate about finance who want to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
Program Highlights: Rotational Structure: The program includes four six-month rotations at various Boeing sites across the US, offering experience in areas such as:
Commercial Product Development Estimating
Commercial Procurement Financial Analysis
Government Satellites Financial Analysis
Financial Analysis for US Army/Marine Corps & Special Ops projects
Skills Development: Focuses on technical skills and exposure to Boeing’s business and portfolios, including:
Cash and cost management
Market trends
Accounting policy
Financial reporting
Aircraft and aftermarket services relationships
Proposal development
Contract negotiations
Mentorship & Training: Participants receive mentorship from finance leaders, engage in development weeks, and learn from industry experts.
Career Advancement: Post-program, participants are placed in finance roles aligned with their aspirations, considering performance and business needs.
Location & Relocation: The program offers relocation assistance for the starting location and second-year rotations.
