Customer Service & Office Manager Loctation: Worcestershire Hours: Office based, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Type: Full-time, Permanent Joining a growing packaging business where customer care and operational excellence go hand in hand. We're looking for an organised Customer Service Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of the offices and pe part of the packaging operations management team. You'll oversee a small, friendly team, while working closely with colleagues across Sales, Supply Chain, and the wider packaging group. This is a hands-on, people-focused roles where your ability to stay organised, solve problems, and build strong relationships will make a real impact.
