About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team for placements in schools across the Horncastle area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN pupils.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with school staff and parents to support pupil achievement.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in a primary setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
