Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Permanent Complaints Specialist to work for a well known Housing Association in Lancashire.
Role Details
The role as Complaints Adviser is working 37 hours a week and fully in the office with no hybrid option.
Responsibilities
* Dealing with customer complaints over the phone
* Liaising with internal management to agree outcomes
* Managing all aspects of administration supporting the Complaints Officers
Requirements / Experience
* Sector experience would be a preference however not essential
* A resilient individual who has extensive Customer Service/ Complaints experience is required
