The role We are recruiting for two Marketing Communications Assistants with the same responsibilities in each role. You will support with the delivery of marketing communications plans for the programmes we deliver for clients, including government, combined and local authorities and other organisations. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is delivered on brand and on time. You will contribute to reporting of our marketing activities to help us drive continuous improvement. The team You will join the Marketing Services team which is made up of around 23 colleagues based across the UK. We deliver high-quality marketing and communications activity for our clients across a range of programmes, from energy advice to households to low-carbon travel support for businesses and local authorities. The Marketing Services team works with other colleagues in our Marketing, Digital and Technology centre of excellence to design, deliver and continuously improve our products and services to delight our customers and exceed our business goals. We work in an increasingly agile way, and we are customer-centric, product-orientated and data-driven in all that we do. What you will do You will create, coordinate and deliver campaign activity to support the achievement of strategy objectives. You’ll work across the whole range of the marketing mix including (but not limited to) social media, SEO, digital advertising, content creation, email marketing and print collateral. You will build and maintain strong relationships with programme stakeholders. What you will bring You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and write clearly for different audiences. You’ll be able to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills, such as project and timeline coordination. You will have an understanding of different marketing and communication tactics and how to measure them. You will have knowledge and experience of working in a busy team with competing requirements.
