We are working with a well-established law firm seeking a Solicitor to join their Leasehold Enfranchisement team. The firm has built a strong reputation within this specialist area and offers a supportive environment with high-quality work and strong client exposure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE to develop their expertise within leasehold enfranchisement, working alongside experienced practitioners on a varied and engaging caseload.
The role offers a strong balance of technical work, client interaction, and long-term career development within a collaborative and growing team.
Typical duties will include:
Managing a caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters from instruction through to completion.
Advising clients on lease extension matters.
Handling collective enfranchisement cases.
Acting on right to manage (RTM) claims.
Providing advice on a range of general leasehold ownership issues.
Liaising with clients, freeholders, managing agents, and other third parties.
The successful candidate will have:
Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales.
2–3 years’ PQE with experience in leasehold enfranchisement or residential property.
Strong understanding of leasehold legislation and procedures.
Ability to manage a caseload with a good level of autonomy.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
