We are a fast-growing men's grooming and cosmetics brand dedicated to helping modern men look and feel their best. Our products are trusted by barbers and customers alike, and we're now expanding our online presence to reach a wider audience. To support this growth, we're looking for a creative and data-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage our Amazon listings and digital brand presence.
Role Overview
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for managing our Amazon store, optimizing listings, driving sales, and analyzing performance while also handling our social media channels to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Management
* Manage and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for higher visibility and conversion.
* Track and analyze sales performance, pricing, and ad campaigns.
* Coordinate inventory, promotions, and new product launches.
* Research competitors and implement best practices to increase ranking and profitability.
Social Media Management
* Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice and audience interests.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to grow community engagement.
* Monitor social media performance and report analytics to improve reach and conversion.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Amazon account management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
* Creative mindset with experience managing social media for brands.
* Excellent written and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth projects.
* (Bonus) Experience with influencer collaborations or paid ad campaigns.
