About the role
Looking for a role that shapes the backbone of business operations? Reckitt is seeking an astute Buyer – NPS to strategically manoeuvre through the procurement landscape, ensuring our teams have everything they need to excel.
Your responsibilities
* Commercial IT&D due diligence: understanding of application development solutions, ability to conduct market research, and familiarity with the risks associated with IT&D sourcing.
* Technology procurement strategy: apply the Global IT&D procurement strategy, drive collection of missing details, and ensure future demand and flexibility is secured.
* Supplier relationship management program: collaborate with the Third-Party contract management team to ensure renewal process and asset tracking requirements are taken into consideration.
How Will Success Be Evaluated? Successful engagement, alignment and contribution to IT&D and business stakeholders, ability to work independently and in collaboration, and driving commercial strategies that have a clear cost reduction on budget with managed risk.
The experience we're looking for
* A bachelor's degree in business or other management discipline, such as law or business studies.
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or IT&D, and certification by purchasing and supply chain professional bodies.
* Two or more years in a procurement role, with some experience in Technology Procurement or category manager preferable.
