Prohabition Aberdeen is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to help lead our vibrant team and deliver unforgettable nightlife experiences.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to the table. The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality supervisor or management role
* Strong skills in team building and motivating staff
* Proven experience in stock control and cash management
* A sharp mind for marketing and driving sales
* A proactive attitude and plenty of good ideas to push the business forward
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting the General Manager in day to day operations
* Leading shifts and ensuring a high standard of service
* Training and developing team members
* Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained
* Assisting with marketing strategies and promotions
* Helping drive footfall and increase revenue
