Join us at Circle Integrated Care – Greenwich – to provide advanced physiotherapy services in a dynamic, patient‑focused environment. This part‑time role requires 30 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern, covering multiple Circle Integrated Care sites.
Overview
Circle Integrated Care is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare, delivering complex surgery and high‑quality community care. The Advanced Practice Physiotherapist will be a key first‑contact practitioner within the Physiotherapy department, supporting service expansion and clinical excellence.
Duties
* Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex presentations, using advanced clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis.
* Deliver evidence‑based treatment plans, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and, where appropriate, requesting and interpreting diagnostic imaging.
* Work autonomously as a first contact practitioner, referring to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
* Act as a clinical lead and role model within the physiotherapy team, supporting best practice and professional standards.
* Contribute to the strategic development and delivery of advanced physiotherapy services, including pathway redesign and integration.
* Lead and participate in service audits, clinical governance, and outcome monitoring to drive quality improvement.
Qualifications
* HCPC‑registered Physiotherapist.
* Significant post‑registration experience, including advanced musculoskeletal or specialist physiotherapy practice.
* Post‑graduate training relevant to advanced practice (e.g. MSc, PGCert, or equivalent).
* Advanced clinical reasoning, assessment, and decision‑making skills.
* Experience working autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.

Salary: up to £60,651 per year (depending on experience, training and qualification). Benefits include:
