What You'll Be Doing As Regional Manager, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of Asda Caf sites, leading and inspiring a team of Unit Managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, consistent brand standards, and strong commercial performance. You'll be visible, hands-on, and full of energy - a true ambassador for both One Retail and Asda, ensuring every caf feels like the heart of the store and a hub for the local community. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and developing caf managers and their teams. Driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across your region. Ensuring brand standards, food quality, and safety are consistently high. Building strong relationships with Asda Store Managers and colleagues. Analysing performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Supporting new caf openings, mobilisations, and innovation initiatives. Shaping and delivering a regional business plan that drives both people and profit.
