Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – EYFS & SEN Support

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join a welcoming school in Brightlingsea, working closely with teachers and pupils in the Early Years and SEN settings.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
✔ Hold HLTA status or a Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
✔ Have experience working with children with SEN
✔ Be confident supporting EYFS pupils and leading small group sessions
✔ Be passionate about helping all children achieve their full potential

Contract: Full-time – £90 – £130 per day
