Title: Senior Technical & Innovation Leader – End-to-End Product Development
Set-up: Hybrid - 3 Days Per Week - Lowestoft

Salary: £70-90K + Car Allowance + up to 25% Bonus
We are partnering with a leading international food manufacturer to appoint a senior technical leader to drive end-to-end product and packaging innovation across a strategically critical portfolio.
This role will lead consumer-led design, translate insight into scalable products, and deliver a robust, compliant innovation pipeline across multiple markets. You will partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance to balance quality, cost, speed and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end product and packaging development programmes
* Shape and deliver a validated innovation pipeline aligned to growth targets
* Translate consumer insight into product attributes and technical solutions
* Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across the portfolio
* Influence supply chain and manufacturing decisions to optimise quality and cost
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Build, lead and develop high-performing, multi-site technical teams
About You
* Proven senior technical leadership experience in food or FMCG
* Strong expertise in product and packaging development and scale-up
* Deep understanding of consumer-led design and supply chains
* Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and trade-offs
* Confident operating in a complex, matrixed organisation
* Passionate people leader with a track record of developing talent
