As the studio continues to develop and evolve, RMD is seeking a full-time Senior Interior Designer to work closely with the Director and Commercial Lead to support the ongoing development of the studio, its processes, and its team.This is a hands-on, studio-based role (five days a week) for an experienced designer who enjoys being present, involved, and instrumental in shaping both projects and how the studio operates day to day.The RoleWorking closely with the Director and wider team, you will provide interior design, architectural, and FF&E design direction and delivery across multiple residential and commercial projects. You will be involved throughout all stages of work, from concept and presentation through procurement to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and clients receive a seamless, well-managed service.This role combines creative leadership, project delivery, and team development, and is suited to someone who enjoys contributing ideas, improving processes, and supporting others to do their best work.Creative Direction & Design LeadershipWork alongside the Director and team to deliver interior design, architecture, and FF&E across multiple projectsProfficient in Vectorworks, Sketch up and Houzz Pro.
