Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who is a curious, resilient architect ready to build a high-octane growth engine for our Partners. You have a mindset obsessed with the seamless journeys and a relentless drive to eliminate friction at every turn—your goal is to get high-intent customers in front of a Partner as fast as humanly possible. You’ll be a natural leader who thrives on collaboration, using data to influence and lead cross-functional teams with clarity and purpose. You don't just manage a backlog; you champion a vision while maintaining focus in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

Your mission is to be the architect of our growth engine, finding new ways to "open the tap" and ensuring seamless delivery. You will own the logic that governs how a lead moves from a click to a conversation.

Key responsibilities include:

Roadmap Strategy:

1. Building and executing quarterly plans (3–6 month view) and owning key product KPIs and OKRs for your area.

Enabling Conversations:

2. Refining the hand-off between customer interest and Partner action, removing every millisecond of friction through relentless testing.

Expanding Reach:

3. Piloting and scaling new channels and methods to bring high-quality leads into the business.

Lead Scoring & Automation:

4. Designing and managing automated lead-scoring models to ensure Partners focus 100% of their energy on high-propensity opportunities.

Architecture & Governance:

5. Designing the logic and ensuring 100% data integrity across our lead ecosystem.

Stakeholder Alignment:

6. Providing accurate updates to leadership and managing cross-functional input to build alignment and present clear rationale for priorities.

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with...

You will join a high-energy, cross-functional squad as the "Orchestrator and Gatekeeper" of our lead ecosystem. Working alongside experts in UX, Data, Engineering, Partner engagement and Marketing, your team’s mission is to revolutionise how we acquire, nurture, and manage leads for our Partners.

We have over 70,000 Partners out in the communities in the UK, connecting customers with the UW proposition. They're the beating heart of our business and you'll work closely with them to understand what makes them tick and how to help them sell!

Qualifications

We put people first. It’s all about you...

Your technical toolkit and experience should include:

Technical Mastery:

7. Proven experience managing the full digital product lifecycle from discovery to launch within a cross-functional squad.

Domain Expertise:

8. Experience working in lead management or growth-focused environments, with a solid understanding of market trends and regulatory rigour.

Specification Writing:

9. Strong ability to write clear, data-informed specifications and user acceptance criteria (UAC) that solve complex user problems.

Data & Analytics:

10. Proficiency in using product analytics (., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to justify tactical decisions and identify new growth opportunities.

Agile Proficiency:

11. Expertise in Scrum or Kanban methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous value release.

Impact & Prioritisation:

12. Skilled in managing feature backlogs using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW, connecting feature development directly to revenue potential.

Operational Excellence:

13. Experience facilitating input from Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to bring alignment and constructively challenge requests.
