Your Role as Cabin Crew:
* Ensure passenger safety and comfort.
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Manage in-flight sales, cash handling, and promote onboard products.
* Represent the company’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
* Join a 7,000+ strong aviation team and receive paid training from day one.
What we want from you:
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every passenger has a smooth and enjoyable journey.
* Strong communicator, confident in interacting clearly and professionally with all passengers.
* Warm, approachable, and professional, always maintaining a polished appearance.
* Confident in public speaking, delivering safety demos and assisting passengers effortlessly.
* Commitment to complete an 18 month contract.
Essential Requirements for the role:
* 18+ years old with an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes).
* Fluent English (spoken & written).
* Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or an equivalent high school diploma.
* Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
* Ability to swim and meet medical requirements.
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Willing to relocate within 90 minutes of Luton Airport or Gatwick Airport.
* No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
