As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. A background in facades or roofing would be a real advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
* Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
