What’s on offer * 25 days holiday * Hybrid working, offering 2 days from home after training * Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm * Free breakfast once a week * Free products * Accessible by public transport What will you do as an Office Manager * Managing MD’s inbox and dealing with standard queries * Organising flights, travel, accommodation etc * Raising D2C customers orders * Raise POs with UK suppliers for packaging and materials * Assisting with raising packing lists for warehouse * Process retailer orders for clients including Harrods and John Lewis * Organising delivery using couriers What will you need to be an Office Manager * Experience of sales order processing * Worked in all around Admin support role * Have an SME mindset and happy to go outside of parameters of role when required * Dealt with web orders / ecommerce understanding * Strong communication skills, organised with the ability to express opinions and ideas Please note there is no parking available with this role.
