Your new role
As Corporate Strategy Director, you will be responsible for driving the agency’s corporate strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions, and managing investor relations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will influence high-level decisions and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
1. Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
2. Identify, evaluate, and lead M&A opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
4. Deliver clear,pellingmunications on performance, strategy, and outlook.
5. Oversee strategic financial modelling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking.
6. Ensure consistency across business and synergy between client and corporate plans.
What you'll need to succeed
7. MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
8. 10+ years’ experience in strategy, corporate development, or investment banking, ideally within media, advertising, or technology sectors.
9. Proven track record in leading M&A transactions and managing investor relations.
10. Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
11. Highly analytical,mercially astute, andfortable in a fast-paced environment.
