We currently have positions available throughout the greater Western Massachusetts region, including areas like Chicopee, Ludlow, Wilbraham, Palmer, and more.
Caregiver Requirements:
* Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services
* Certification preferred but not required
* Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required
* Criminal Background Record Check
* Minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional)
* Recent TB test completed within the past year
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed
* Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean environment
* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
* Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety
* Assist with medication reminders
