What You Will Do
* Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and physiotherapy interventions for patients with respiratory conditions, primarily within ICU settings.
* Apply advanced respiratory clearance techniques safely and effectively.
* Monitor and support ventilated patients, ensuring best clinical practices.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the highest standards of patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional and NHS guidelines.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing self-management strategies.
* Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* HCPC registration (Health and Care Professions Council).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in respiratory physiotherapy.
* Previous ICU experience is essential.
* A car driver is preferable due to work across multiple sites.
