Private PA to Creative Leader – Fashion Industry

A renowned creative leader within the global fashion industry is seeking an exceptional Private Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across all aspects of their personal and family life. This individual will work closely with both the Creative Leader and their Corporate PA, ensuring complete organisation, discretion and continuity between personal and professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities
* Acts as the primary point of contact for all private matters, maintaining exceptional confidentiality and professionalism.
* Works in close partnership with the Corporate PA to coordinate and align diaries, ensuring smooth transitions between professional engagements and personal commitments.
* Manages all private appointments, reservations and schedules, including wellness, travel, household and family-related arrangements.
* Supports with family diary management, school/children’s appointments, family travel and logistics.
* Oversees personal travel planning across the UK, Germany and wider international destinations, including itineraries, accommodation, transport and on-the-ground arrangements.
* Provides out-of-hours availability when required, offering responsive problem-solving and support during travel, events or urgent situations.
* Handles personal financial administration, including monitoring payments, expenses and invoices across the UK and Germany.
* Manages household affairs, liaising with property managers, service providers and household staff where relevant.
* Supports on ad hoc personal projects, gifting, organisation, research and lifestyle management tasks.
* Ensures the Creative Leader’s personal life is managed with grace, efficiency and exceptional attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
* Fluency in both German and English is essential.
* Previous experience as a Private PA, Lifestyle Manager or Personal Assistant supporting a senior leader, UHNW individual or high-profile creative.
* Experience handling personal financial matters across multiple countries, ideally UK and Germany.
* Highly organised, proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities.
* Comfortable working out-of-hours when required and maintaining flexibility in response to fast-paced schedules.
* Discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent, with a calm and polished manner.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with a Corporate PA and wider support teams.
* A genuine interest in fashion, design or creative industries is advantageous.
