About the Role As Business Growth Manager, youll play a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy across a diverse product range. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, your goal will be to drive new income opportunities, increase our customer base, and support the long-term success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic business growth by delivering on performance targets, developing effective growth plans, and managing the business development pipeline. Leverage market data and sector knowledge to inform plans, build strong customer relationships, support client onboarding, and represent the organisation externally. Collaborate across teams and contribute positively to the Business Growth Team. What Were Looking For A proven track record in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles with an understanding of the education sector. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confidence in analysing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. A collaborative team player who can work effectively across departments. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
