What you will do

* Collaborate within the UASC service to provide supportive care for children in care, ensuring their well-being and safeguarding.
* Conduct comprehensive age assessments to assist in ensuring that appropriate and fair support is provided.
* Engage in the duty rota to help manage workloads efficiently, offering consistent support to the team and the children.
* Work closely with local authorities and community partners to coordinate services and develop care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to other practitioners, promoting a collaborative and educational team environment.
