Behaviour Lead Teacher (SEN)

At the Cranbrook College, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the barriers they may face. We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and inspirational Teacher to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take a strategic lead on behaviour across the campus, shaping a calm, supportive and consistent environment where all students can thrive. You will play a pivotal role in removing barriers to learning, supporting both students and staff, and embedding positive, consistent and supportive approaches to behaviour. Working within our specialist setting for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will lead on behaviour strategy, supporting colleagues to deliver high‑quality, consistent practice and ensuring every student is given the tools to succeed both academically and personally.


Responsibilities

* Lead a strategic approach to behaviour across the entire campus.
* Shape and embed a whole‑campus approach to behaviour that supports every learner.
* Remove barriers to learning and provide a supportive environment for students and staff.
* Support colleagues in delivering high‑quality, consistent practice.
* Ensure every student has the tools to succeed academically and personally.
