Sheridan School seeks to recruit an outstanding Food Tech Teacher. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and committed unqualified teacher who will expand the learning experiences of our pupils. The successful candidate will teach and support young people who may have autism, emotional behavioral difficulties, ADHD, and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and supporting young people within SEN and Food Technology, along with:
* Resilience: Supporting vulnerable children with emotional, behavioral, autism, ADHD, and related difficulties, often challenging your resilience.
* Communication: Effective communication with young people and teamwork to relay important information to staff.
* Organisation: Planning and delivering well-structured lessons tailored to pupils’ needs, monitoring progress, and adapting teaching accordingly.
* Caring: Providing the best care, demonstrating natural compassion and empathy.
* Attentiveness: Being attentive to the individual needs of each young person, as no two tasks are the same.
