Role Objectives
To provide outstanding front desk service by managing visitor interactions, keeping the reception area organized, and supporting office functions with professionalism.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, directing them as needed and informing staff of their arrival.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk with essential supplies (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
* Manage visitor permissions by coordinating with the security team.
* Check-in visitors, issue badges, and notify relevant employees.
* Keep a visitor log for security and tracking.
* Handle incoming mail and packages by sorting and distributing them.
* Assist candidates with form completion and provide necessary information or support.
* Assist with printing forms and needed documents.
* Handle meeting room reservations and ensure proper setup and coordination.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
* Proven experience as a Front Desk or Office Admin Assistant
* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Email, in particular)
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and handling skills
* Excellent speaking and written English communication skills
* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
