We have a new opportunity for a Sales Invoicing / Finance Assistant to join the Team at our Head Office location in Garforth.
Daily tasks to include
Sales Invoicing using Excel methods to produce high value and detailed invoices
Generating sales invoices for various Funders
Taking card payments from Customers over the telephone
Administration involved with Direct Debit Payments from Customers
Analysis of data using Excel
Using Sage Accounts to Maintain Trade Debtor Records and cash matching of receipts to sales invoices
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, and work to a high level of accuracy, along with a good working knowledge of Excel.
