Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will execute brand strategies that significantly grow household penetration and help Kiddylicious become the Go-To Baby Finger Food brand in the UK. You will be the face of the brand, managing our communication, our online community and helping us build a brand that both families and little ones love. This includes delivering engaging content and building communities to reach new consumers.
Alongside living our T.O.P. values of Team Spirit, Open Dialogue and Passion, below is where you’ll spend most of your time:
· Manage and review the social schedule for optimum engagement and brand relevancy in collaboration with the Digital Exec.
· Identify influencers that will be brand advocates and work with them to deliver content that is relevant and engaging.
· Support the Marketing Manager in executing the Kiddylicious brand plans.
· Attend and cascade brand plans to retailers as required throughout the year.
· Work with the cross functional teams to understand retailer specific strategies and see how Kiddylicious can tap into these.
· Continually analyse portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition, ensuring the optimum range on the shelf in channel, incl. formats and sub ranges
· Deliver yearly NPD with detailed go to market plans including sell ins and comms launch plans, working alongside Global, sales and category
· Lead and implement best in class consumer activation plans and events with clear evaluation
· Support the Kiddylicious team in building our visibility in all we do.
Profile
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Brand Manager, who wants to join our fast-paced team and make a real difference. As UK Brand Manager for Kiddylicious, you will be a key member of our team driving brand awareness & penetration, building strong relationships with our consumers and ensuring that our products reach as many families as possible.
Knowledge & Experience
· Education to degree level
· Min 4 years relevant Marketing experience in an FMCG business
· Experience working in a brand team, where you have managed through the line campaigns.
· Experience of Owned Media Content development and working with influencers
· Strong project management skills including working cross-functionally
· A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
· Drawing out insights from data and transforming into actions
· Experience working with a Global Brands team or central marketing team.
