Are you an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator on the look out for a compelling new role? Does the thought of working for an innovative designer and manufacturer or hi tech worldwide products sound exciting?
We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a highly successful, privately owned company that designs and manufactures hi-tech capital equipment for worldwide export in Bridgend.
As Inside Sales Coordinator you will:
- Be the main contact between customers and the company and the sales team to facilitate the placing and processing of customer orders
- Maintain regular communication with customers, particularly key accounts by telephone and email
- Gather, record and process information on customer requirements to generate service and spare parts quotations.
- Coordinate and pass information to other team members as required, to enable customer requirements to be analysed and responded to correctly
- Maintain a clear picture of all concurrent customer enquiries and monitor all outstanding quotations
- Use your attention to detail when updating and maintaining the quote log whilst entering data and sales leads into the CRM system
- Process customer orders through to completion including managing any adjustments
- Support our two overseas offices; processing and administration of paperwork for quotes and sales orders and general CRM enquires.
