The projects range from commercial properties to large hotels and industrial buildings. We are currently seeking experienced and skilled construction workers to join this dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced construction workers with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction of houses, commercial properties, hotels, and/or industrial buildings. The ideal candidates will be specialists in one of the following areas:
1. Steel Fixers
2. Formwork Carpenters
3. Concrete Finishers/Ground Workers
Responsibilities:
* Execute construction tasks related to your specialty (Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work) on large multi-level commercial buildings.
* Read and interpret construction drawings (an advantage).
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project timelines.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
* Fully fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
* Specialist expertise in one of the following areas: Steel Fixing, Formwork Carpentry, or Concrete Finishing/Ground Work.
* Ability to produce an up-to-date CV.
* Clean police record.
* Possess or be able to obtain a passport.
* The ability to read drawings is an advantage.
* Ability to show photos of previous work is an advantage.
