To have a key/lead role in delivery of practice learning work of the SCSP in relation to the SCSP key priorities so that outcomes for children, young people and families are improved. To drive forward improvement, partnership and practice change derived from what is known and understood from the quality of frontline practice. To monitor and evaluate and oversee the implementation and embedment of the SCSP delivery plans within the priority areas Co-ordinate priority areas subgroups and contribute to effective implementation & delivery within the priority area strategy and workplan that will promote the welfare of children. Identify development needs, design and create solutions across the subgroups/priority areas for SCSP. Driving learning and practice improvements within the children’s multi-agency safeguarding arrangements (MASA) with the aim of improving outcomes for children, young people and families. Ensure effective systems are in place, reviewed and maintained to provide the SCSP with assurance on the quality of, and learning from analysis from serious case reviews/local and national practice reviews, single and multi-agency inspection outcomes within the priorities areas for SCSP.
