Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of £29,000 - per annum, depending upon experience. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets
* Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate on site for cultural change
* Promote a creative atmosphere where ideas and improvements can be harnessed
* With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* A proven track record at a similar level, within a fast-paced warehouse environment
* The ability to effectively lead, develop and manage a team, whilst identifying areas for development and recognising success
