About Our Client
Our client is a top international law firm with offices in Manchester. They are looking for a Flexible Senior Litigation Executive to help support a variety of teams.
Job Description
As a Flexible Senior Litigation Executive your duties will include:
* Manage a caseload of approximately 65 motor, ELPL, credit hire or recovery files, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Provide expert advice to clients on matters, focusing on the best outcomes.
* Draft, review, and amend documents and correspondence.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
* Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Flexible Senior Litigation Executive should have at least 12 months experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
