As a Recovery Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals develop the skills they need to thrive. With a focus on key working, you’ll manage your own small caseload while contributing to the daily operations of our service. Join us at Turning Point, where we support people across the UK in their mental health recovery journey!
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you’ll be raising the bar for person-centered care by:
* Providing recovery-focused interventions through key working sessions and group activities.
* Empowering individuals to gain new skills and promoting long-term recovery.
* Creating tailored support and risk management plans for each client.
* Ensuring effective discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions.
Your support will be instrumental in helping individuals develop coping strategies and embrace positive change!
Shift Patterns: Flexibility is key! Our service operates 24 hours a day, with shifts ranging from:
* 7:00/8:00 AM to 2:00/3:00 PM
* 2:00/3:00 PM to 9:00/10:00 PM
Please note that working hours may vary.
