JOB Plant Fitter / Engineer
LOCATION Wigan
TERM Permanent
SALARY (Dependant on experience)
My client is a heavy machinery specialist. They are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter / Engineer to join their expanding team based in the Wigan area on a permanent basis.
The Mechanical Engineering Technician will ideally have the following attributes :
* At least 4 years relevant experience as a Mechanical Fitter / Engineer
* Experienced in the maintenance and servicing of heavy plant machinery
* Have a confident technical skillset with a Mechanical Engineering qualification
* Be NVQ level 3 certified Plant technician
* Flexible with working hours and overtime
* Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude
* Be a team player
The Mechanical Engineering Technician role will involve :
* Working in a hot heavy and sometimes challenging environment
* Planned Preventative Maintenance on heavy machinery
* Meeting Health & Safety standards
* Participating in a team to ensure the smooth running of operations
