Responsibilities
Sales Administration
* Administer key post-booking processes, including tenancy/license agreements, referencing, payments and replacements.
* Manage resident onboarding and deliver an exceptional experience for all customer.
* Ensure all file notes and records are accurately and promptly maintained.
* Support the overall efficiency of sales processes by adhering to company standards.
Customer Support
* Ensure all customer communication is timely and in line with company standards.
* Act as a key point of contact to resolve customer queries during onboarding and pre-arrival.
* Respond to general enquiries from residents regarding sales processes via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.
Business Support
* Provide essential support to the Sales Executives during peak seasons.
* Assist the front-line team with inbound calls during busy periods.
