As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for passionate chefs who are excited to be part of a new kitchen from the beginning and eager to work with African-inspired cuisine in a supportive, energetic environment.
What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing and cooking dishes inspired by African flavours and techniques
*Delivering the menu to a high standard during busy services
*Supporting daily kitchen prep and operations
*Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
*Working closely with the Head Chef and wider team
*Contributing ideas and creativity where encouraged
What we’re looking for
*Previous kitchen experience
*Experience with, or an interest in, African-inspired cuisineCore skills required
