The Support Officer Team is an important team within the Case Management Court’s Team working within the One Family Approach. Our innovative One family Approach model ensures the best possible outcomes for families and children. We believe children and young people should be in their families, in their schools and in their communities.

We are seeking, motivated and committed Support Officers to contribute towards the outstanding social work practice in North Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities:

* Support children and families through supervising family time including direct work and life story work.

* Maintain accurate records to feed into care planning and court proceedings where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working directly with children and families.
* Strong communication, organisational, and ICT skills.
* Knowledge of child development, safeguarding frameworks, and relevant legislation.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
