The Support Officer Team is an important team within the Case Management Court’s Team working within the One Family Approach. Key Responsibilities:
* Support children and families through supervising family time including direct work and life story work.
* Maintain accurate records to feed into care planning and court proceedings where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working directly with children and families.
* Strong communication, organisational, and ICT skills.
* Knowledge of child development, safeguarding frameworks, and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
