These are full-time roles requiring office-based working at least three days per week, with flexibility to work from home under our hybrid working policy.
About the Role
You will work with individuals aged 17 and above, supporting their transition into adult services and continuing through to older adulthood. As an Advanced Social Worker, you will:
* Deputise for the Team Manager
* Chair safeguarding meetings
* Provide supervision to colleagues
* Hold a small but complex caseload
* Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation
We are looking for practitioners who are innovative, person-centred, and committed to strengths-based practice. You will use your excellent relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with service users, families, providers, and health professionals, promoting independence and safe living within the community.
