Detective PCEP
This is a two-year entry programme designed for individuals aspiring to become detectives. It emphasizes practical on-the-job learning with classroom-based training initially, enabling you to qualify as a Detective by the end of your probation.

Role Responsibilities
Detective Constables investigate complex cases, support victims, and engage with communities to build trust. They may work in various departments such as PPU, FCID, Homicide, and ROCU, with no two days being the same.
Programme Structure
Initially, you will undertake 22 weeks of training at Tally Ho! Training Centre, followed by operational coaching. You will serve as a uniformed officer in roles such as Response and Neighbourhood, with opportunities to take the National Investigators Exam and develop into a Detective.
