We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maths Teacher for a secondary school based in Rochester. This position is available for an immediate start and is expected to run through to the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3–KS4
* Plan, prepare, and mark all lesson materials in line with school policies
* Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
* Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum where required
* Attend parents’ evening and relevant school meetings
* Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
* Availability to start immediately
