Within this, the In this context, we’re looking for a **Senior Buyer – Property & Facilities** to lead sourcing activity, develop category strategies, and manage commercially significant supplier relationships across estates, FM, construction, security, utilities and wider facilities services. Reporting into the Procurement Manager, this role will influence strategy, shape supply chain development and help establish a scalable procurement capability within a fast growing organisation. Develop, deliver and execute sourcing strategies for Property & Facilities categories, ensuring alignment with cost, quality and schedule requirements.Build and mature the Property & Facilities supply base, identifying risks, opportunities, cost levers and future capability requirements.This is a pivotal role supporting our operational and organisational growth — you’ll bring strong commercial judgement, a collaborative mindset and the confidence to work in an environment that is fast paced, innovative and evolving.Experience in **Property, Estates, Construction or Facilities Management** procurement. Strong commercial acumen, with experience running competitive tenders and negotiating supplier agreements. Experience working in regulated or complex environments (energy, nuclear, infrastructure, aerospace, defence or similar). Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly. **Location & Ways of Working** This role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office, with hybrid working and regular weekly attendance expected. Some travel may be required depending on business or supplier needs.The salary band for this role is **£44,600 – £55,125**, dependent on the skills, experience and values you bring.
