Become an integral part of a dynamic team at Atos, where innovation meets service excellence. As a Client Delivery Executive (CDE), you will play a pivotal role in transforming service delivery for our clients, particularly in the finance and pension sectors.
In this role, you will contribute to the financial recovery of key contracts while being part of a transformative journey that leverages cutting-edge technology such as AI. Your work will have a significant impact on our clients and the industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Client Delivery Executive, you will oversee contract and project execution in alignment with defined budgets and plans, coordinating with key stakeholders, including the Industry Operations team and Horizontal Operations team.
Solution Design and Delivery
* Drive end-to-end delivery by orchestrating collaboration between Business Line and Horizontal Operations teams, adhering to Atos delivery standards.
* Ensure the smooth operation of implemented solutions through predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
* Enhance productivity and optimize costs through innovative approaches.
* Manage the timely delivery of large and complex transformational activities by leveraging dedicated industry-specific engineering and delivery capabilities.
* Oversee risk management and contract/project monitoring in conjunction with service delivery and project management.
Customer Management
* Understand and challenge clients’ business needs.
* Collaborate with client technical teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to their maturity level.
Portfolio Development
* Work alongside the Business Line Head to provide best practices and solution demands for the practice portfolio.
People Management
* Ensure resources have up-to-date knowledge of internal business lines and horizontal operations.
* Develop staffing plans with relevant capabilities based on client solution specifics.
Skills We Can’t Do Without
* Proven experience in BPO services, particularly in Finance and Pensions.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and customer service management.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
Skills We’d Like
* Experience in managing financial processes.
* Familiarity with AI-driven business operations.
