The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a brand-new AI-powered product for teachers and school leaders. This is more than just a feature - it's a flagship solution that sits at the heart of their vision to empower educators with intelligent, time-saving tools.
You'll work closely with product leadership, engineering, and design to shape, build, and scale a product that delivers genuine, measurable value for educators - helping them save time, make better decisions, and focus on what matters most: students.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the product vision & roadmap for the Teacher and Leader AI product.
Drive end-to-end product strategy, from concept to delivery and iteration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every sprint delivers value.
Champion user needs by embedding feedback and research into product decisions.
Lead on prioritisation, trade-offs, and structured agile delivery.
Align product development with commercial goals, adoption, and engagement.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Product Management and leadership experience
Proven experience owning and scaling SaaS or AI-powered products.
Strong background in agile delivery, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
Confident making data-driven decisions and balancing user needs with business goals.
Nice to Have:
EdTech, education, or e-learning experience.
Knowledge of school leadership or teaching workflows.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in user-facing products.
Background in B2B SaaS or subscription models.
