Food Production Operative – Little Melton NR9 Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour Shifts: 06:00 – 18:00, 4 days per week (12-hour shifts) Days Off: Weekends off 1 rotational day off during the week Type: Temporary position with potential to become permanent What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products Reject poor-quality or defective batches of potatoes Pack the final crisp product into boxes for dispatch Monitor quality standards on the production line Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in food production A reliable and punctual approach to work Ability to work well within a team Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Good attention to detail and health & safety awareness Why Apply?
