Field based with a need to travel throughout the UK and attend meetings at any specified location as required.
Overall Responsibility:
* To maintain and develop the Companys Sales resources, in the defined region, through the active management of a Branch network.
* To assist in the production of sales budgets for Branches in the Region and commit to their achievement of Company Sales and Profit Targets.
* To recommend, plan and implement ways of increasing the Companys market share via Branch Managers and Field Sales Representation.
* Develop and be accountable for Branch sales to Companies, Organisations and Authorities that have a regional or central buying activity.
* To maintain an active interface with head office functions to ensure that Branch Sales are maximised and that Managers time is used effectively.
* Ensure that personal skills are sufficient to control the function and deliver a valid interpretation of current issues to the company.
* To maintain and develop company admin functions to ensure profitability is maximised. to ensure that the Brand Daily Admin Reports are actioned fully.
* To conduct quarterly audits and ensure the implementation of any shortfall.
