The Association Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum: 1. Level six qualification (e.g. bachelors degree, Graduate diploma) AND 2 years experience as a key development person, preferably with a HA, NIHE, local authority, HSC Trust, Developer or similar OR 5 years relevant experience as outlined above 2. Project management experience with ability to meet targets and manage a range of projects simultaneously 3. Demonstrable experience of carrying out feasibility studies, economic appraisals, project applications and overseeing programmes of audit compliance 4. Computer literate with experience of spreadsheets, constructing budgets and cost forecasts 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to read drawings and appraise and comment on same 6. A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport* (*where an applicant indicates that a disability prohibits them from driving, this criterion will be waived at the shortlisting stage.
