We're looking for a Resourcing Partner to work closely with hiring managers across the business to act as a subject matter expert on all things recruitment by designing and implementing effective and innovative recruitment solutions that meet our resourcing needs, align with our inclusion initiatives and champion a 'right first time' approach to hiring. Whether you're from an in-house or agency background, what matters most is your ability to deliver tailored recruitment solutions and attract and proactively source top talent through a variety of channels. A problem solver, you'll use your recruitment expertise and first class stakeholder management skills to partner with managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on what bespoke attraction and selection strategies will best work for them. All the while, you'll stay focused on delivering and continuously improving the recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers alike with a focus on customer service, inclusion and ensuring quality outcomes.
