Job Title: Logistics Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Godalming (Must drive - no access via public transport)
Working Pattern: Fully on-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (flexible start times available) + 1 Saturday per month
Salary: £25, - £26, per annum (permanent)
Temp Rate: £13 - £14 per hour plus holiday pay
Training: Full training provided

We're working with a well-established, family-run logistics company based in Godalming, and they're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity where your contributions will be valued from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and logistics partners
2. Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
3. Resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep things running smoothly
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
5. Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
6. Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
7. Excellent communication and organisational abilities
8. Previous experience in customer service or administration (logistics experience is a bonus, not a must!)
9. A calm, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively
